When we reflect, we improve. Reflection is essential to growth in any aspect of life. Slowing down, observing, thinking, receiving feedback, and processing feedback are crucial elements of reflection. Engaging in the practices of Mindfulness helps us reflect effectively. As educators, executives, and parents, we don’t often have the opportunity and/or time to engage in these elements of reflection. Working with a coach allows time for reflection and intentional processing.
